10 Things To Track In Your Bullet Journal

Bullet journals are a great way to organise your life as well as being so much fun. One of my favourite things about using the bullet journal system is how easy it is to track the important things in your life.

I created a list of the things that you can track in your journal;

Daily tasks – This is probably one of the most important things that you can track in your journal. Thanks to my journal, I know exactly what I was doing on every single day.

Books read – Tracking the books that you’ve read is super fun and it can be really helpful. I like to track the books that I’ve read and my opinions on those books. It helps me to find similar books to read.

Movies to watch – How many times do you see a movie advertisement that you want to watch but you forget about it within minutes? By tracking the movies that you want to watch, this will no longer happen.

Daily Gratitude – Gratitude is something that we all need a little more of in life. By writing down what you’re grateful for every single day, you will end up with a huge list of all the great parts of your life. Now, that’s sure to make you feel good!

Meals (Food ate) – If you’re trying to eat healthier, I highly recommend tracking your food intake to keep yourself on track.

Water Intake – It’s so satisfying when you drink all water goal for the day. I’m not the type of girl who does this often but it’s still exciting to see how much water I do actually drink.

Exercise Tracker – By tracking all the exercise that you do, it’s easier for you to know what you need to improve on next time.

Weight Loss – If you’re trying to lose weight, tracking your weight loss can be encouraging and can motivate you to continue on your journey.

Blog Stats – Tracking your blog stats will make you so happy when they improve over the months. Some things to keep track of include social media followers, number of posts you wrote, page views, where your getting the most traffic from and audience demographic information.

Spending – By keeping track of all of your purchases during the week, you will be able to see where all of your money is disappearing to.

Do you currently track any of these things? If you track anything else in your journal, let me know so I can add it to my list.

    I love this post! I don’t have a bullet journal because I like keeping things separately but you’ve given me quite a few ideas for things I can keep track of eg. books and movies cos I’m always adding ones to lists and then I lose the lists!
    Great post lovely! X

    Really excited to star my bullet journal and your posts are really helpful! Spending is definitely going to be one I’ll be using along with my blog stats. I’d not thought about gratitude but that’s an amazing thing to write so I will probably use that too! Thanks for your brilliant posts x
