As I mentioned in a previous post, Simon and I recently took a trip to Disneyland Paris and we went in November. It was absolutely freezing cold and we needed to wrap up warm. So, I created a list of tips to allow you to have a great trip during winter.
Since it’s winter and it will be pretty cold, I recommend staying in one of the Disneyland Paris hotels. Simon and I stayed in the Santa Fe which is only a 5 minute shuttle ride to the parks. What’s great about the shuttles is that they run frequently so you are never left standing in the cold for long.
Get an Early Start
If your staying in a Disneyland Hotel, you can visit the Park two hours earlier than others. This is a fantastic opportunity in Winter as this can reduce the time standing outside in the cold waiting in queues. During the extra magic hours, Simon and I were able to meet Ariel in just 30 minutes which saved us from waiting around feeling cold.
When standing outside and walking around, it can be very cold. However, when you go inside somewhere such as Princess Pavilion, you will want to take off a few layers because Disneyland Paris like to keep it warm.
Enjoy the park in the dark
The Disney parks are so magical in the dark. The castle is all twinkly and beautiful! So have fun!
