As most of you will know because I can’t stop talking about it, I recently went on my first ever trip to Disneyland Paris with my boyfriend.
I did a lot of research before going and something that looked like lots of fun was pin collecting. So I knew, before I even got to the parks that I wanted to collect Disney pins.
So I thought, why not dedicate a whole post to my new pin collection. It’s only small but hopefully it will grow as I visit Disneyland more and more.
The first pin that I bought was the Duffy and Shellie May pin. I bought this pin because I wanted to buy lots of Duffy merchandise at the parks since it’s the only place you can get it. So, as soon as I saw the pin, I knew I had to get it.
A pin that I fell in love with straight away was the Moped Mickey. I just think that Mickey looks so cute riding on his little moped.
As a surprise, since we went for my birthday, my boyfriend bought me a Disney themed Happy Birthday pin. This is probably my favourite pin that I own now because it’s sentimental and it also spins. How great?!
One of my favourite Disney films is Beauty and the Beast so I was desperate to get at least one Beauty and the Beast pin. So when I saw this Lumiere pin, I just had to purchase it. I think it’s so cute and fits on my Disney lanyard perfectly.
I bought a lightning McQueen pin for one very simple reason. That reason was because we were staying in the Santa Fe hotel which is Cars themed. I actually found pins of all the hotels but I couldn’t see a Santa Fe one. Does anyone know if they make them? Because I really want one!
As the oldest Disney character (I think), I needed an Oswald pin. Oswald the Lucky Rabbit is just so adorable and funny! I love this pin because it has two backs which means it definitely won’t fall off any lanyard or bag that I put it on.
The ride that my boyfriend and I spent the most time on was the Buzz Lightyear Laser Blast. I think we went on it about seven times in total. So, of course, I just had to get a pin to remember this. We also bought a framed photo of us on the ride so we will never forget the memory.
One pin that I saw and instantly fell in love with was Baymax. I think that Baymax is super cute and he is definitely one of my favourite characters. The pin is pretty big and I thought that was great considering it was one of the cheaper pins.
I just had to purchase a pin to celebrate Disney’s 25th anniversary so I bought this cute Minnie one. I love it so much because I know that I won’t be able to get this one again in a year or so.
Do you collect Disney pins? If so, I would love to see your collection so tweet me a photo or tell me all about it in the comments.
