FairyLoot Unboxing | May 2017

Hello Readers and Book Lovers. Today’s post is one for you!

Yesterday, I received my first ever box from FairyLoot. The box I received was May’s ‘Warriors and Legends’ box. Fairy Loot is a monthly subscription box focusing on Young Adult fantasy titles. You can get a single box for £26 per month (plus VAT and shipping) or you can choose to subscribe for 3 or 6 months.

So, let’s get into the unboxing…

What was in the box?

  • World Mythology in Bite-sized Chunks by Mark Daniels
  • Opposing Tin Candle
  • Celtic Socks
  • One Ring BookMark from Lord of the Rings (which could be my favourite thing in this box)
  • Metallic Feather Pen
  • and last but definitely not least… Flame in the Mist by Renee Ahdieh

Wasn’t this box great?!

So, here’s some photos of all the items closer up…

So that was my first ever FairyLoot unboxing. What do you think of the contents?

Fairyloot is such a cool idea! I bought my first ever Fairyloot box in December. But it never turned up at my house. Well the courier said they dropped it off, so I guess someone stole it. I was so disappointed 🙁 In fact I was so disappointed I refused to check the website to see what was in the December box. I got my money refunded back to me as the Fairyloot team and customer service were so lovely. But I didn’t want my money back, I wanted the box lol. So I haven’t been able to bring myself to purchase it again since the first time round the experience was really sad.

The boxes all hold such cool things though! I really like the look of that pen in the shape of a quill, it’s super cute. The bookmark is also super cute.
